My name is Justin M. Osburn and I am married to Kendel and have two sons, Jake and Kingston “Grey”. I currently live in the Kansas City, Missouri area and am preparing to relocate to Sarasota, Florida. I am a retail Executive Moderator for NIADA 20 Groups. I also conduct training programs across the United States for independent car dealers and their staff. When I am not in a 20 Group and not facilitating training, I also do onsite consulting for independent car dealers.
My experience in the car business includes sales, finance manager, sales manager, general manager and partner. I have excelled in franchise dealerships as well as Buy Here Pay Here and have over twenty years of auto, sales and consulting experience.
In 2016 I authored my first book titled “How to Share Christ”. This book was built on my hobby studying world religions and Christian apologetics. The book uses sales techniques as well as people skills learned over my career to engage people in conversations about their theological beliefs.
In 2015 I started a small manufacturing business with a teacher out of Missouri. We invented and patented a door-security barricade to prevent active shooters from accessing safe rooms – primarily in classrooms across the country.
In 2007 I started a Buy Here Pay Here dealership in Butler, Missouri with a car dealer which grew to three locations, a finance company, a service center, a tow company and a small IT company. That business was sold in 2014.
In 2004 I created a small transport company in Louisville, Kentucky. I was fortunate to gain a large client “Fitness Systems” which retailed high-end exercise equipment.
